When you come to Ecuador on any commercial airline, you get to Quito or Guayaquil. From here there are flights, which come to Galapagos Islands.
The airline TAME and AEROGAL have daily flights to San Cristobal Island or to Baltra Island. (The schedule from Quito and Guayaquil are differs) The flight lasts about 1 hour 45 minutes and you arrive on San Cristobal Island or to Baltra Island.
From there you can take small plane (company EMETEBE) and you, after 20-minute-flight from Baltra or 45-minute-flight from San Cristobal, are on Isabel Island. The best connection to Isabella Island is to take the first plane from Guayaquil to Baltra. Make sure you made the reservation for inner flights (TAME or AEROGAL) in advance.
There is also possibility to come by fast boat from Santa Cruz (Puerto Ayora) which will take you in about 2 hours to your destination Hotel La Casa de Marita.
Take mosquito repellent, tracking shoes, pants and shorts. You can take equipment with you to snorkel in marvellous waters of the island.
